Working directly within the development management process, we shaped the retail design guidelines, defined fitout and tenancy delivery standards, and supported operator and stakeholder engagement — positioning the precinct to attract quality dining, convenience, and lifestyle operators for the benefit of residents, workers, and the broader Randwick community.
