Bridget Fea

Bridget founded Noble & Co. after more than 25 years in property: retail and mixed-use development, commercial planning and project delivery, for industry-leading developers and real estate institutions.

She has been responsible for retail on some of Sydney's best-known precincts, and she leads every Noble & Co. engagement herself.

01 We’re straight talking. We tell you early what the retail will and won’t do, even when it isn’t what the feasibility wants to hear.
02 When we say we’ll do something, we mean it. Reports, programme and operator follow-ups land when we said they would.
03 Vision, tenants, value and programme. We set the vision, deliver it through our tenant relationships, pull the financial levers that add value to an asset, and programme it to opening.
