We’ve been engaged to provide Retail Advisory across Tenancy Delivery, Authority Planning, and Services Coordination. Our work sits right at the pointy end of delivery—when leasing teams and landlords need advice that’s immediately usable, and outcomes that can be executed without delay.

What makes this engagement notable is the tangible value it’s unlocking for the landlord. We’re helping convert landlord strategy into on-the-ground results—identifying and progressing leasing opportunities that had not been realised previously, and removing constraints that other teams couldn’t shift.
