The Challenge
Norwest Quarter aspires to be a world-leading mixed-use sustainable precinct — transforming 3.8 hectares into a vibrant village centre at Norwest, in Sydney's north-west. The challenge was to define a retail strategy sophisticated enough to anchor this ambition: attracting quality operators, creating genuine daily-life activation, and establishing Norwest Quarter as a model for sustainable, community-oriented neighbourhoods.
What We Delivered
Noble & Co. was engaged to develop and deliver the retail strategy for this landmark mixed-use precinct. Our scope encompassed market analysis, tenant mix planning, retail positioning, operator engagement, and delivery advisory — ensuring the ground-plane activation aligned with both the sustainability vision and the commercial objectives of the development.
