Norwest Quarter is a pioneering mixed‑use sustainable precinct located in the heart of Sydney’s Norwest Business Park. As one of Australia’s most progressive urban developments, the project is redefining what it means to live and work sustainably—integrating high‑performance design, innovative technology, and community‑focused planning.

Set across more than 3.8 hectares, the precinct will transform into a vibrant, village‑style centre that combines residential, commercial, retail, and landscaped public realms. Every aspect of the design has been carefully curated to enhance liveability, encourage connection, and significantly reduce environmental impact. The development embodies a new model for suburban regeneration—where sustainability is not an overlay but the foundation of the entire project vision.

Noble & Co. has been engaged by Mulpha International, one of Australia’s leading diversified investment groups, as strategic retail advisors for Norwest Quarter. Our initial appointment involved developing and implementing a comprehensive Retail Strategy to ensure the precinct’s commercial offerings align with the sustainability and community aspirations of the masterplan.

Our role has since been expanded to oversee Tenancy Delivery and manage the execution of Landlord Works across Stages 1 and 2. By integrating strategic planning with practical delivery expertise, Noble & Co. continues to support Mulpha in realising a precinct that sets a new national benchmark for sustainable, mixed‑use living.
