Top Ryde City, Sydney - Mixed Use Development.

Top Ryde City is a mixed-use development, which included 78,000 sqm of retail floor space, 425 apartments and ~11,000 sqm of proposed commercial floor space across a significant 3.5 hectare site in Ryde.

The first three stages of the Retail component were completed in 2011 at a value of $480 million and included a complete demolition of the existing shopping centre to make way for a true mixed-use development, that included retail, commercial premises, recreation areas, community facilities, cinema, child care centre and a place of public worship with public domain improvement works. Bridget Fea (Noble & Co.’s founding director) was the Senior Development Manager responsible for key Construction interfaces with the Base Builder (Lend Lease), negotiation of AFLs, and design responsibility.
